Thank you for choosing Sala Massage & Spa. Our goal is to create a peaceful, healing environment for every guest. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review our spa policies below.
📅Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments are recomded; walk-ins are not guaranteed.

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and prepare for your session.
⏰Late Arrival Policy
To respect all clients, your session will end at the scheduled time even if you arrive late.If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled and a fee may apply.
❌ Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly request at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

Cancellations within 12 hours: 50% of the service fee

No-shows (no call, no text): 100% of the service fee

Same-day reschedule requests may be treated as a cancellation.
These fees are automatically charged to the card on file.

A valid credit or debit card is required to book online.

Certain services or busy-day appointments may require a deposit.

We accept cash, card, and digital payments.

All sales of services, packages, and gift certificates are non-refundable.
🎁 Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Must be presented at time of service.

Expire 12 months from purchase unless otherwise stated.
🧼 Health, Wellness & Illness Policy
For the safety of clients and therapists:

Please reschedule if you have fever, cough, cold, flu-like symptoms, or contagious conditions.

If you arrive sick, we may refuse service and a cancellation fee may apply.

Please notify us of pregnancy, recent injuries, surgeries, or health concerns.
🚫 Professional Boundaries
Sala Massage & Spa maintains a safe, professional environment.
Any inappropriate behavior, requests, or comments will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment due, with possible refusal of future service.
