Privacy Policy - the basics 

1. Appointments:
We recommend booking your appointment in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome based on therapist availability.

2. Cancellation Policy:
We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  •   Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  •   No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

3. Late Arrivals:
Arriving late may shorten your session time in order to accommodate the next client. Full service fees still apply.

4. Health Conditions:
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your service.

5. Payment:
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and select digital payment methods. Gratuities are appreciated and can be given directly to your therapist.

​

6. Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. They cannot be redeemed for cash.
